Claustrofobia Announces Russian Shows

Not content with thrashing the hell out of thirty venues (and one festival) in ten countries over the past seven weeks on the mammoth "Visceral" European takeover, Brazil’s Claustrofobia has turned its sights to Russia.

This new five-date tour commences in the country’s capital Moscow on June 2nd and takes the band around five cities finishing in Samara on 7th June. Front man Marcus D’Angelo comments on the recent European Tour:

“For all the unforeseen, the tour was extremely positive, as expected! It’s always a learning experience and that makes us keep the conviction. From the dirtiest underground venues to mainstream stages, we deliver the same punch and attitude as always. We're here to make metal reign, and we had the interests of Russia so we’ll face the demand!”

Marcus also reports that drummer Caio D’Angelo is recovering well, with Xandão still replacing him for the Russian tour dates allowing extra recovery time before the rest of the year commences. The band also has an as-yet untitled release ready to unveil before the year is out.
