Church Of Misery To Record New Album This Spring
Tatsu Mikami from Japan's Church Of Misery has issued the following announcement about working on a new album:
"Happy New Year! 2015 is the 20th anniversary of Church of Misery. I will make a new album with Dave Depraved from U.S. doom legend Bloodfarmers and other support musicians in the U.S. I will go to the U.S. in the Spring for this recording and 5th album 'And then there were none...' and will put it out on Rise Above Records in 2015."
After parting ways with Hideki Fukasawa, Junji "JJ" Narita, and Ikuma Kawabe back in 2014, Tatsu also issued this statement to fans via Facebook:
"Thanks for your kind words. Don't worry guys, Church of Misery is NEVER gonna stop. I NEVER give up this band. As you know well, I wrote all songs & lyrics of Church of Misery. I already have new many materials for next album. Hopefully, we will enter the studio when we got new guys. Next year, you can hear our new album and play in your country (Europe, America etc.) again! I swear!"
