Baring Teeth Streaming "The Violitionist Sessions" Online
Dallas-based tech/death trio Baring Teeth recently took part in a shredding session at Civil Audio in Denton, Texas to record a live studio set, as part of "The Violitionist Sessions."
Alongside a short interview, Baring Teeth clinically destroys three tracks from second LP, "Ghost Chorus Among Old Ruins" -- "Visitant," "Dripping Sun" and the title track -- all recorded by Michael Briggs live with no overdubs. Baring Teeth released "Ghost Chorus Among Old Ruins" through Willowtip Records at the end of November. The album was recorded by Alex Bhore (This Will Destroy You) at Elmwood Recording, mixed by Keith Souza and Seth Manchester at Machines With Magnets (The Body, Battles, Daughters), and mastered by Alan Douches (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge, Swans).
