White Empress Cancels Two Tour Dates
After announcing that session drummer Jon Siren would be stepping in for Zac Morris, White Empress has now issued the following update about cancelling two upcoming tour dates:
"As you guys know we had a last minute emergency due to our drummer being unable to perform with us this tour run. On Monday drummer Jon Siren flew out from LA to learn the music and to learn the set. We have been rehearsing non stop with Jon from the moment he landed and he is coming along incredibly fast he is a Kick ass amazing drummer.
"However, we have only had a few short days to work with him on material he hadn't even heard before. Because we believe in giving you guys the best performance possible we have made the difficult decision to cancel our performances in both Appleton & Milwaukee.
"This was an extremely tough call for us but we were handed a situation and we are trying to make the most of it. The bottom line is we need more rehearsal time with our stand in drummer in order to get things up to the level we need them to be.
"We WILL be attending tonite's Meet & Greet at PhatHeadz in Green Bay as well as performing at the 10/30 show at the Cabooze and 10.31 &11.1 at The Frequency. We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who will be missing us as a result but we assure you the remaining show dates will be KILLER!
"HUGE thank you time everyone who setup the Appleton and Milwaukee shows especially Jennifer Lecesse and Taylor Dahlen. From Light Rose The Angels will still be appearing on the shows in Appleton and Milwaukee please go catch them and enjoy a killer show! Thank you all we will see you tonite at the Meet & Greet."
