"some music was meant to stay underground..."

Black My Heart Guitarist Quits

Derek Mabra, guitarist for Black My Heart, has announced his departure from the band. Here's a statement from Mabra:

"Some time after coming back from the Eulogy Tour, I was under the impression Black My Heart was calling it quits for numerous reasons. We all sort of went our separate directions. A few months later one of the other members asked if I was sure I didnt want to start playing again with new members. After a certain, steady 'Na, I?m all set,' it came up that BMH will be staying together, recording with new members, and staying an active band. For the year I have been a part of this there?s been the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, all making for some solid memories someday. Through the friends I have made, lost, and the ones who have stuck with me and supported this, I thank you all for the times. Please continue to support Black My Heart. I?m positive they will continue to make some awesome music."
