Eight More Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2019
The organisers of Belgium's biggest metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, has announced a further eight bands for next year's event. Newly announced headliners Kiss will be performing their final show in Belgium at the festival, as will thrash metal icons Slayer, where they will also be joined by Slash & Myles Kennedy, Cradle Of Filth, Lamb Of God, Anthrax, Death Angel and Skalmold. The festival will take place in the town of Dessel from June 21 - 23.

Graspop Announces First Batch Of Bands
The organisers of Belgium's premier metal festival Graspop Metal Meeting have announced the first fifty names for next year's edition of the event. Headlining the Friday night will be Dutch symphonic metal outfit Within Temptation, while capping off Saturday will be Iowa nine piece, Slipknot. Also performing at the festival will be Def Leppard, Whitesnake, King Diamond, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Amon Amarth, Carcass, Testament and many more. You can see the initial lineup below. Ecstatic Vision Pre-Release Full-Album Streaming
Ecstatic Vision (ex-A Life Once Lost) premiere their soon to be released new covers album, “Under The Influence” in full below. The outing finds them taking on tracks by MC5, Hawkwind and more and will be released later today, via Heavy Psych Sounds Records.

Hawkwind Announces Australian Tour Dates
Psychedelic space rockers Hawkwind will be making their way back to Australia in 2011. The tour dates include Sydney, Melbourne and the Meredith Golden Plains Festival in Brisbane. Here are the tour dates:

Ozzy And The Scorpions Confirmed For Hellfest 2011
The organisers of France's biggest metal festival, Hellfest, has announced that four huge names have been added to next year's bill. Heavy metal godfather Ozzy Osbourne will be taking the stage, as well as German hard rock legends the Scorpions, who will be retiring after they complete their touring schedule. Also confirmed for the festival are Swedish progressive metal favourites Opeth and Black Label Society, which features former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde. There are also more new confirmations in the form of German thrash legends Kreator and Sodom, Norwegian black metal veterans Mayhem, Anathema, Bolt Thrower and Therion. The festival will take place in Clisson, France from June 17th-19th.

A standalone metal-themed track pack for the "Rock Band" videogame series will be released on October 13th. The outing, dubbed "Rock Band: Metal Track Pack," will see a release at retail stores on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2 and Wii and will feature the following track listing:
