Stigma Announces U.K. Tour

Italian metal outfit Stigma has announced that they will be heading to the United Kingdom this April for a series of headlining shows which will see them joined by underground favourites The Argent Dawn and up and coming Calne outfit Traitor Born on what is being dubbed the "Undertatour." The tour is named after their recently released EP, "The Undertaker" which features three new songs in addition to the title track and is only available digitally.

The tour dates are as follows:

April 7 - Sin City, Swansea, UK
April 8 - The Riverside, Selby, UK
April 9 - O2 Academy, Birmingham, UK
April 10 - The Croft, Bristol, UK

Stigma Posts "The Undertaker" Video

Italy's Stigma has posted a music video online for "The Undertaker," which can be viewed below. "The Undertaker" was filmed by Salvatore Perrone (SUICIDE SILENCE, DEVILDRIVER, EVERGREEN TERRACE). The track comes off the band's latest digital only EP of the same name, released this week through Pivotal Rockordings.

Stigma Announces "The Undertaker EP"

Italy's horror-metal band STIGMA will release "The Undertaker EP," which features 3 new songs and the track "The Undertaker" taken from the group's sophomore effort "Concerto for the Undead." "The Undertaker EP" will be released in January through Pivotal Rockordings and will only be available digitally through iTunes, Amazon MP3 among many other MP3 stores.

Stigma Streaming New Song "The Undertaker"

Italian horror inspired extreme metal act Stigma has premiered a new track, entitled “The Undertaker,” via Metal Injection. Additionally, Stigma has announced its new permanent guitar player, Giacomo “Jack” Poli. Vocalist Vlad comments on the new addition to the band:

"After a very long search and auditioning guitarists from all over our country, we're happy to introduce to you our new guitarist Jack! He's definitely what we were looking for: he is a shredder, he comes from one of the best Italian bands we shared the stage with, he loves jokes and is a great addition to our team of fools! Make sure you'll give him a warm welcome in one of our upcoming shows and tours.”

Stigma's "Concerto for the Undead" was produced at Fear Studio by ex-Bleeding Through and current Bring Me The Horizon guitarist Jona Weinhofen and was mixed & mastered by Scott Atkins. This sophomore effort is due out April 30th in Europe, May 3rd in the UK, May 4th in North America, and May 7th in Australia/New Zealand. The album features lyrics centered on the cult-classic comic book series Tales From the Crypt and includes guest vocal appearances by Jamie Hope (ex-The Red Shore) and Jon Hunt (ex-Dead To Fall).

Italian horror-inspired extreme metal band STIGMA has unveiled their first single, “Prove You Are a Man!” Coming off of the band’s sophomore album "Concerto for the Undead," the track features a guest appearance by Jon Hunt (ex-DEAD TO FALL). “Prove You Are a Man!” is available at the band’s MySpace page.

Italy’s STIGMA has set "Concerto for the Undead" as the title for its follow up to 2008’s "When Midnight Strikes." The sophomore effort is due out via Pivotal Rockordings on the following dates::

Stigma To Enter The Studio In November

Italian deathcore band, STIGMA, will head into the studio this November to record the band's follow-up to 2008's "When Midnight Strikes!" with former BLEEDING THROUGH and current BRING ME THE HORIZON guitarist Jona Weinhofen handling production duties. Stigma Cancel UK Tour

Italian metallers, Stigma, issue the following update on their Myspace page:

"We regretfully announce that we will not be doing the March UK Tour with Trigger The Bloodshed and The Argent Dawn as originally planned."

"The main reason behind this choice is that two gigs have been cancelled and on short notice there wouldn't have been enough time to reschedule them. We were very excited about touring the UK and sharing the stage with awesome bands as Trigger's and The Argent Dawn but we can't afford the trip with those missing gigs. The tour will go on without us anyway so check the remaining shows and come to show your support!" More...

Stigma Post New Video Online

"I Am Dracula", the new video from the Italian deathcore act STIGMA, can be viewed below. The clip was filmed by WhereCloudsPart and features a cameo appearance from Belgian break-dancer Metal Girl.
