Gadget Premiere New Song & Music Video "Intenso"
Gävle, Sweden-based grindcore/deathgrind outfit Gadget premiere a new song and music video "C.O.N.T.R.O.L", taken from their forthcoming split with Swedish band Retaliation. This particular track features vocals by Emilia Henriksson. Four other guest singers make appearances on Gadget’s tracks: Ethan Lee McCarthy, Ufuk Demir, Robin Hansson, and Johan Lundmar.
The album is out now on Sweden’s De:Nihil Records, Make Way! Tapes & Records, and Triumph Beast.

Selfmadegod To Release Retaliation Discography
Selfmadegod Records will release a 115 song discography CD of Swedish grindcore band Retaliation, featuring members of Nasum, Dawn and Thy Primordial. Compiling all the songs recorded and released in nearly a decade in a half the disc includes the splits with Gut, Exhumed, The Kill, Grindwork 4-way split w/ Nasum, Vivisection and C.S.S.O., V/A "Really Fast" vol. 9, and two first classic albums: "The Execution" and "Violence Spreads Its Drape," as well as "Boredom And Frustration/DDD" demo.
"'Exhuming the Past - 14 Years of Nothing' is unadulterated grindcore insanity of the highest form and the best style," states the label's release. "Devastating, hammering, and relentless: these are proper words to describe the sound of Retaliation."

Retaliation Post New Songs Online
RETALIATION, the long-running Swedish grindcore band featuring members of NASUM, DAWN and THY PRIMORDIAL, has posted two tracks from its forthcoming debut album on the group's MySpace page. Entitled "The Cost of Redemption", the CD will see the light of the day in early 2008 via No Tolerance Records.

Henke of Swedish death metal band, Retaliation has posted the following update:

Yeah...we like it!
Although, don't get too optimistic...we haven't even begun to record.
Supposedly we'll lay down the drum track on the 27th and 28th of January. But knowing my own band members I wouldn't be surprised if something fucks it all up once again (like sooo many times in the past).
Our goal is to have the album released some time before MDF07, so that people at the show hopefully recognize some of the songs we'll be playing. Of course we'll mix it up with a few old ones as well...
The loyal friends at No Tolerance are releasing the new album (just as they did with our last offering, 'Violence Spreads Its Drape') and we trust them with all our hearts that they wont screw it up so that the album is released too late." More...
