Live Concert Report: Steve Von Till
I’ve never driven five hours (each way) to church before. Maybe that’s not saying much since I haven’t been to church in well over 26 years. This wasn’t really church, but on a Sunday in early August 2022 I did somewhat feel like I was at church, the best one I’ve ever experienced. Helen Money Announces U.S. Tour
Helen Money will tour the U.S. with Magma and play all but two dates (Atlanta and Toronto). "These shows with MAGMA are really special for me," Chesley explains. "Their music comes from such a pure, inspired place and their audience is so open minded and willing to listen. To do this tour with them is a once in a lifetime thing and I can't wait."

Agalloch Gearing Up For Tour
Portland's long-running dark metal collective Agalloch will kick off the "Serpens In Cvlmination" Western Hemisphere tour MMXV next week.
Set to commence on June 5th in Eugene, Oregon, the journey will traverse sixteen cities through nine states and two provinces, drawing to a close on June 20th in Portland. The band will be joined by very special guest, Helen Money.

Agalloch Touring With Helen Money
Helen Money has been confirmed as direct support for the Agalloch U.S. tour dates in June (starting on June 6th in Sacramento).
She continues to support her current release, "Arriving Angels" (Profound Lore), which was recorded and mixed by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio and features drummer Jason Roeder (Neurosis, Sleep).
Cellist/composer Alison Chesley, AKA Helen Money, merges her classical training with a lifelong affinity for punk rock and a taste for heavy metal. In addition to her own material Chesley has also performed and/or directed string arrangements for artists like Anthrax (Worship Music), Russian Circles (Geneva), Broken Social Scene (Forgiveness Rock Record) and Yakuza.
For her previous album, "In Tune," she worked with Greg Norman (Pelican, Russian Circles, Neurosis), Sanford Parker (Pelican, Chris Connelly, Yakuza, Buried at Sea). See Helen Money and Agalloch live on these dates:
