Shawn James Announces New Tour Dates
Shawn James and the Shapeshifters today announce U.S. tour dates starting in March to support "The Gospel According to Shawn James & The Shapeshifters," which dropped last April.
"We’re looking forward to bringing our intense nonstop rowdy live shows to audiences across the U.S." Shawn James says. "We'll be preaching 'the Gospel' to all that care to listen."
The band is Shawn James on guitar and vocals, Baker McKinney on banjo, Jeff Bodine on bass and Kirby Westmoreland on drums. Shawn James & The Shapeshifters have been wowing fans with their swamp-born, high energy rock 'n roll since releasing "The Wolf" in early 2013. The debut was the first in a trilogy and was followed by "The Bear" (June 2013) and "The Hawk" (January 2014). An album of cover songs recorded live, aptly titled "The Covers," was released in May 2014.
