PlasticBag FaceMask Premiere New Song
Fresno, California-based grinding math and death metal band PlasticBag FaceMask premiere a new song entitled "She’s the Cousin of the Chainsaw", taken from their upcoming new album "Content", which will be released on November 27th via PlasticSkull Records. The duo consists of Jacob Lee (Keeper, Elder Devil) and Patrick Hogan (Time Bomb, Shrug).

Old Witch & Keeper Split-EP Streaming
Blackened doom metal and sludge outfits Old Witch and Keeper premiere their split-EP which will be out July 15th 2015, via GrimCvlt. The new Old Witch tracks were mastered by Dan at Black Matter Mastering, while Keeper's new songs were recorded, mixed and mastered by Keeper in The Gloom Closet.

Keeper Posts New EP Online
West coast doom duo Keeper is excited to announce latest effort, "The Space Between Your Teeth," is now available to stream in its entirety below (stream hosted by CVLT Nation).
The two-track concept EP spans just over 30 minutes recorded in the band's Fresno apartment, dubbed “The Gloom Closet.” Brad Boatright of Audiosiege handled the mastering, while the album artwork was done by Keeper’s own Penny Keats.
The duo already has numerous releases slated for 2015 and this EP is merely a glimpse of Keeper's year to come. The EP is due out May 2015 via Crown and Throne Ltd. More...
Keeper / Sea Bastard Split Streaming Online
Medusa Crush Recordings is excited to announce that the split LP from California's Keeper and the UK's Sea Bastard is now available for purchase.
Containing two tracks of crushing doom, the split can now be obtained directly from Medusa Crush Recordings at this location. The album is limited to only 250 copies on vinyl and will come with a free download code.

Keeper Releasing Split With Sea Bastard
Starting the year with a bang, Keeper and Sea Bastard will soon be releasing a split album. The following press release was issued about the bands:
"From the state of California, Keeper has erupted this year with their debut release ‘MMXIV’, and mowed over all who have listened with the heaviest of agonizing crawls, and a maturity in performance that belies the band’s period of existence. Drawing comparisons to Grief, Cough, and Noothgrush just scratches the surface of their pummelling craft. The track they present in ’777’ is 14 minutes of total despair and anguish; it's a sign that this band have much more in store to deliver to their growing rabid fan-base. This track is already proving itself a milestone for them, and this band is definitely one to watch for the future.
"The flip side to this massive split is balanced out by an equally devastating track from rising crust/doom darlings of the U.K. quartet Sea Bastard. Since their inception in 2011, they have been building a solid name and reputation for themselves with each release they put out. Last year’s album ‘Scabrous’ found itself being put out this year in vinyl form by Dry Cough Records, and saw them rise in leaps of popularity. Not to rest on their haunches, the band continues their mountainous glacier crawl, and gives up the 20+ minute opus ‘Astral Rebirth’, showcasing their ongoing quality of crushing excellence."
