2. Revelation's Hammer

The band's mastermind Accuser describes the album: "I would define 'Revelation's Hammer' as a quite dark and powerful record built on pretty epic song structures. The album reflects my development as a musician throughout the years. It sure means a lot to me, considering all the time and energy I've spent on it. The lyrics are in both English and Norwegian, and I think of each of the songs as very personal, yet the album as a whole. I am really looking forward to our release on June 3rd, 2013. Additionally, I'm finally able to continue on the writing of our next opus." More...

Revelation's Hammer Signs To My Kingdom Music

My Kingdom Music is proud to announce that the Norwegian apocalyptic black metal force Revelation's Hammer has been signed for the release of the band's self-titled album. The label comments:

"With their unique and impressive sound of dark, epic and powerful black metal, the album is expected to be considered as one of the 'the next big things' within the Scandinavian Black Metal movement. With a modern, but yet old-school piece of art, Revelation's Hammer is ready to claim their throne within the extreme music scene and will definitely hook you up with their intense way of performing the black arts. Epic song structures, devastating and hateful vocals, ultrafast tremolo riffing, hellish drums of another dimension and a apocalyptic atmosphere that really brings forward a true sense of doom.

"The throat and strings are managed by the bands' mastermind Accuser while their heavy battery is performed by Myrvoll from Norwegian act Nidingr. The album is mixed by Børge Finstad at infamous Toproom Studio (Mayhem, Borknagar) and mastered by legendary Peter In de Betou (Watain, Dark Funeral). Exilis from Troll appears as a guest musician on some of the tracks.

"The artwork is put together by Portuguese Ricardo Fernandes and is a truly amazing collage built upon a carefully chosen collection of (anti)religious paintings that reflects the band's conception. Revelation's Hammer debut album is scheduled for release on June 3rd, 2013 through My Kingdom Music." More...

Revelation's Hammer has revealed the artwork for the group's new album, which can be viewed below. The band also commented on the art:

"Hails! It's finally time to reveal the artwork of our coming album in full details.

"It turned out to become a really amazing collection of different paintings put together by Portuguese mastermind Ricardo Fernandes. It reflects the chaos in R.H. and gives a indication upon our symbolic values. You could say that the artwork is like a mirror of the world.

Revelation's Hammer Finishes New Album

After announcing the track listing for a new album several months back, front man Accuser of Revelation's Hammer has issued the following update on the album's progress:

"Greetings! I'm sorry that it's been a while since my last update regarding our proclaimed album. Thank you all for your patience. Instead of explaining why things have been such delayed, I will rather announce our album as 100% finished, finally. As some of you may have noticed; I've exchanged our earlier uploaded songs 'Obsessed Onslaught' and 'Buried as Filth' with new and final editions already last month.

"I am a man of perfection, always been.. Since my revelation started back in 2006/2007 I said to myself that if I am going to do this (transform my sinister vision into noise and infect our world of lies), I am definitely going to do it properly and in my way. I've never been into compromises and it's important for me to create something I feel I can stand behind and totally support. After about four years of toil I believe that I am as close as it's possible to be my intended result. I surely hope some of you will get an understanding of what this is all about.

"R.H. is dependent in finding a supporting label to get our shit released. The sooner we find our partners in crime, the sooner you will experience our supremacy. I inquire every interested label to take contact through: revelationshammer@gmail.com

"Continue to spread our wrath and stay fucking true to yourself!"

Revelation's Hammer Announces Album Track Listing

Front man Accuser of Norwegian black metal act Revelation's Hammer has issued the following announcement about an upcoming album:

"Greetings! By tonight, we have been online with two of our songs for about two months. As you sure know by now, we are a quite new black metal act from the east of Norway. It’s very hard to get yourself a name in this genre, and especially here in Scandinavia. This is because there are so many bands out there that play black metal nowadays. I still surely hope some of you find our music somewhat special and enjoys our dark path.

"The end is soon near, and so is the completion of our coming album. I have to admit that I didn't feel completely satisfied with the first (or second!) mix down of our record, so the final process has therefore been a little delayed. The final mixing will take place sometime around March and it will then be sent directly to Sweden for a second mastering session. The album is going to last around forty five minutes and the track list will look like this:

Obsessed Onslaught
Revelation’s Hammer
Den Blåøyde
Buried as Filth
Avgudsdyrkelse
The Crown of Malice

"I'm also elated to announce that the full artwork for the album is finally finished. It's designed by Portuguese designer Ricardo Fernandes and looks totally amazing. You have to see it for yourself! I will post it when the time is ready, so stay updated through our site! By the way, it's Fernandes' companion Marcelo Rodrigues that is responsible for designing the new logo of R.H. Credits to him! That’s all for now! Stay true to yourself!"
