The Lurking Corpses Splits With Bassist The Nameless Horror

U.S. act The Lurking Corpses has checked in with the following announcement about parting ways with the band's bassist:

"We are sad to announce that the show we are playing with Viking, Vindicator, and Swamp Squat this Friday at The Brass Rail will be the last show for our long time bass player, The Nameless Horror.

"He has been with us for a long time, and has been an extremely important member of this band - he wrote 3 of the songs on our upcoming album, is a great player, amazing live presence, great dude, etc.

"There is no bad blood, drama, or any of that kind of stuff. He is leaving to focus more attention on his other band, Ptahil (excellent black metal/doom/death/thrash/punk stuff- check them out!) Please come out and wish The Nameless Horror a fond farewell. He will be missed..."
