Deserters Posts New Music Video For "The Plunge"
Deserters’ music video for “The Plunge” has been premiered online, and can be viewed in the player below or over at Bloody-Disgusting.
Speaking on the lyrical content of the song, vocalist Matthew Roell stated, "We spend eight years at a desk, to spend four years at a desk and if we work hard enough and our parents saved enough, we can spend four more years at a desk. Once all of that is said and done, we compete with each other for the opportunity to spend the rest of our lives, sitting at a desk.” Adding, “I don't want any part it. I'd rather take the plunge."
“The Plunge” comes from Deserters’ album "The Slow Rhythms of a Dead-Beat," which is available in stores and online now from Mediaskare Records.
