I think its true that this black metal music its related to satanism... and why its not forbidden by the low to be engaged in that creepy movement with all this creepy sounds and mantras???
Second; His band said; " What happened to him is unfortunate, but he brought it on himself."
What is unfortunate? That that he got caught? If they are against that behavior, they should said; unforgivable, or misbehaving, but that is unfortunate?
No responsibility or empathy at all for the active fear about this people.

Wow... WTF happened to "innocent until proven guilty?" everyone is ready to condemn this man without proof. Maybe it isnt even a minor. How can they be sure in our age of photoshop? Secondly satanists, for the most part do not engage in said acts, unlike the catholic church and boy scouts.

Not all Satanists are like Watain you know. I've met very kind, very loving (to the right people), very inspiring, very admirable Satanists. Stand up people who possess more integrity and honor than 99.9% of humanity.
If you've researched Satanism like I have you would likely find that they do not believe what they do just for an excuse to be evil. In fact, most are the opposite of evil. I would use the words unconditionally free. The philosophy states that the individual must be free to do whatever he/she desires. Be that good or extremely evil. And also, should the individual choose to do evil that he/she must prepare for the consequences.
Furthermore, not all Satanists practice black magic. And from what I understand...many of the ones that do who would require a sacrifice...would likely choose child molesters and the like as their victims.
@Brian: Agreed. (Off topic....but just saw Septic for the second time...absolutely life changing experience...too good for words. \m/)

No im not a member of the band. Im not a kiddie diddler either. I just happen to believe that we shouldnt hate on him until he is found guilty. Ive been falsely arrested for assault on a cop and security tape cleared me and cop got canned. So i know firsthand how effed up cops can get.

I never said they were bad guys, did I? Show me when I said that. :) I just meant their take on Satanism. They believe their music acts as a spiritual gateway to the great abyss of darkness where they can communicate with the spirits of the damned through magic ritual. I literally just finished watching their DVD "Opus Diaboli". Definitely some scary sh!t. I must admit, there were some extremely thought provoking words inherent within the cinematic scenes about death. As much as I didn't agree most of it...and didn't understand or relate to the extreme hatred and coldness expressed...I was very captivated by the experience. Shocked...disturbed...but strangely captivated.
