Parkway Drive Streaming New Song "Old Ghost / New Regrets" Online
Parkway Drive has unleashed a brand new track from the soon to be released fourth album "Atlas," which is due out October 30th via Epitaph Records. The new track titled "Old Ghost / New Regrets" can be streamed through the player below.
"The album was written at a time the band was travelling very extensively which had a major effect on the lyrics," says front man Winston McCall. "While there is no overarching theme, the songs resonate with the travels we as a band have made, and the effects they have had. This has lead to some of the harshest, and also some of the most personal lyrical content that we've ever put to music. In every way, this record has been shaped by the experiences that shaped us a people."
McCall continues, "This record means the world to us. Never as a band, and as people, have we put more effort and thought into creating music. There is more of us in this record than anything before. The experiences that it took to create over the years were once in a lifetime. Ten years down the track, this is the Parkway you know, but we've decided to step it up."

PWD Is A Great Band and you can tell the lyrics are strong and it's what they experienced, i think it's a great track and cant wait to hear the rest of the CD. Just listen to the conviction in the lyrics....if youve been around awhile like i have you'll hear this first play, it seems like the road and there travles have taken a small toll on them, but they are still making good music! Awesome PWD Keep it coming! Dont Forget to chek out Shoot the Girl First!

Jimmy Jake must not understand the concept of musical development.
You see buddy, when a pop band makes the exact same album four times, nobody notices because that's what pop music is: stagnant bullsh**. Metal bands on the other hand have to mature their sound together, or their fans will grow bored and move on.
Never been a fan of these guys because they sound so generic, maybe people are finally catching on to my genius? trolololol.

Im a big Parkway fan, and I'd honestly like to to say this track is fantastic...but it just isnt. I've given my full attention and emotion to a University project before and still managed to get a 'C' rather than the 'A' effort I put in. I know that feel, brah....
