After a forced 10 month break due to a severe car accident, death metal act Insain is back in action and has posted footage of drummer Sangli from the band's first new rehearsal. Check out the clip below.
Insain released the "Spiritual Rebirth" album (reviewed here) earlier this year, and you can check out the opening track "Black As Your Light" at this location.
