Hour Of 13 Gearing Up For Dublin Doom Days Festival Appearance
U.S. East Coast doom metallers Hour Of 13 are gearing up for this year's edition of the Dublin Doom Days festival in Ireland. The fourth edition of the festival kicks off today at The Pint in Dublin, with Houf Of 13 set to perform tomorrow (Saturday, September 29th) in support of new album, "333." Also included on the festival bill are the likes of Urfaust, Weed Priest, The Veil, Weeping Ulcer, and more.
Hour of 13 guitarist Chad Davis recently commented: "Hour of 13 are pleased to be a part of the 2012 installment of Dublin Doom Days. A little over 2 years to the date, it will be great to play our second-only European appearance in the birthplace of our first ever live show. The people in the Irish scene are extremely amazing, and we would like nothing more than to bring our music back to them for round two."
Alongside core band members Chad Davis (guitars) and Phil Swanson (vocals), Hour of 13's live line-up at the festival will be completed by Law Bowler (Two Tales of Woe) on guitar, Anais Chareyre (Celtachor) on drums, and Emile Quigley (Celtachor) on bass. Check out the Dublin Doom Days flyer at this location. Hour of 13's upcoming live shows are:
Sep. 29, 2012 - Dublin, Ireland - The Pint
Oct. 26, 2012 - New York, NY - Saint Vitus
Apr. 18, 2013 - Tilburg, Netherlands - Roadburn Festival
