Have you guys been hacked or something? This isn't metal, it's corporate crap that I hear when my kid is watching Nick at Night. WTF!?

It obviously metal because of the long hair, black shirts, headbanging and guitars. Right?

Whatever. I'm not hating because it's not going to change my life in any significant way, unlike SWL up there.

Hey, CROM. At first glance, I had to admit that SWL had a point. Then I re-read your review of the album.

I gotta say while this is one of the weaker songs, the rest of the album is stronger with some good metal bite to it. I do wish they used a different song to represent the album. The video does add to the poppy quality, and the different 'messages' come off as a bit juvenile to me. (Also, I thought it was a bit ironic that the guy with the 'out and proud gay' sign held it up and hid his face - at about 1:14 into the vid).

All in all, the band has heavy elements, but come across as "Epica light" to my ears. Still good stuff and the vocalist does have a nice sensual quality, but she just doesn't grab me as ladies like Simone or Floor do. I have to reach a bit too much to truly appreciate Delain.

Just my two cents...

There is at least - I s**t you not - two or three moments in this song where I could have sworn I was listening to country music, not metal. No thanks and bye.
