Scum Of The Earth Releases New Music Video For "The Devil Made Me Do It III"
Scum of the Earth's third album, "The Devil Made Me Do It," hits stores today through the Chicago-based Goomba Music, Inc. label. Produced by horror-rocker Riggs and Volkstoker, it was recorded at “Scum HQ” in Branson, MO and is the follow-up to 2007’s "Sleaze Freak" (Eclipse Records). A music video for the track "The Devil Made Me Do It III" has now been released and can be viewed below.
As Riggs states, “Being that this is 2012 and the end of the world and all, I thought the Scum of the Earth sound has ran its course, so I re invented the sound with the help of a producer/programmer by the name Volkstroker. We worked on the songs for eight months and this was the end result. Check it out before you turn into a zombie. Cheers!”
The vile and despicable mob of macabre is fronted by former Rob Zombie guitarist Riggs, whose artistry and musical vision birthed Scum of the Earth's debut in 2003, which hit hard on topics of lust, carnage, and debauchery strewn across a sanguinary soundscape, with cranium-cracking power and infectious rhythms.
