Shockwave Festival 2012 Adds More North American Tour Dates

Today the coordinators of Shockwave Festival Tour 2012 have announced four new dates in the inaugural North American takeover: Calgary, Amityville, Columbus, and Joliet. See the updated itinerary below. The following press release was also issued:
"Established to give metal fans a lower cost festival option this season, Shockwave Festival Tour 2012 stands among one of the most diversified metal tour packages of the Summer! The trek will commence on July 6 in Seattle, Washington, and feature an assorted lineup of artists including futuristic metal conjurers Fear Factory and sci-fi thrash legends Voivod as well as Cattle Decapitation, Misery Index, Revocation, Havok, Dirge Within, Last Chance To Reason, Vildhjarta, The Browning, and Forged In Flame.
"Presented by Full Metal Jackie with further sponsorships by EVH, DDrums, Intune Guitar Pics, Indie Merch, Earsplit PR, Skateboard Marketing, Burning Angel, Yetibite, The PRP, Rockin Wellness, Dirtycheese Design & Development and Blank TV, the caravan of chaos will run through August. Tickets are on sale now at this location."
