Black Sabbath Issues "No Comment" On Bill Ward's Latest Statement

Band Photo: Black Sabbath (?)
Black Sabbath has issued a short "no comment" regarding Bill Ward's latest update about not being part of the reunion shows:
We have decided not to make any detailed comment on Bill's latest statement. There are two sides to every story. We have been working hard at rehearsals making excellent progress after Tony's treatments and we have engaged a substitute drummer for the forthcoming shows. See you at Download.
But actions speak louder than words, and upon visiting the band's official web site, you can see carefully cropped and arranged vintage photos of just three members of the band - Tony, Ozzy, and Geezer; no Bill - on the site's background as well as the photo gallery. (thanks Brooklyn Vegan for pointing that out.)
Update: The removal of Ward from the web site photos was apparently at the request of Ward's attorney. You can read more about that here.

I wish the details of the unsignable contract would come to light. Bill is put in a tough spot where, if he reveals contract specifics, he could lose leverage and any goodwill from the other side of the bargaining table.
The actions of Tony, Oz and G//z/r (or their handlers) doesn't lend them any credability. If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding?
Notice how they've never said Bill has been wrong. Just that they are dissapointed or flatly refuse to make an official statement. If the other Sabbath gents are concerned about his health, then say so. If it's money, royalties, etc, then say so. How hard is that?
Oh, and @ ATX:
While Vinnie is healthier and has 'traditionally' replaced Bill, without Bill, it is not the original line-up. Hell Vinnie was only 11yrs old when Sabbath got together in 1968. The whole promotion revolved around the FOUR original members, or did you forget 11/11/11?

What a mess. So glad I am not a Sabbath fan. You guys every right to be p***ed about this. Soap operas one of the reasons I try and stray away from the nostalgia/old time bands like Van Halen and Soundgarden, who try and use reunions to drum up interest and rake in money way past their prime. Its not to say the drama isn't entertaining. But only on the internet.

At this point with so many times Bill saying hes going to play then not play. I dont give a crap what they do or who is the drummer as long as its good thats all that matters. Whoop de F*****g doo if Bill complains about everything. Just get a better more able drummer cause there are tons of drummers who would love to do his job.

yet, they made a pretty lengthy comment for "No comment." Did they meant to say we comment that we're disagreeing and will not entertain the specifics?
