InDread Cold Sign with BlackDoom Records

Polish band InDread Cold signed a contract for two albums with British BlackDoom Records (www.blackdoom.com). The label is a company founded by My Dying Bride’s members. They explain in their own words: "BlackDoom Records chose InDread Cold to be their 2nd signing on the depth of song structure and the feeling of truthfulness in the darkness that they were painting. We want bands that stand out as innovative and felt that InDread Cold are (as hard to describe as they are) stand among those clearly talented in the black arts that is needed to gain recognition by our label. Our philosophy is based on a belief unending in the quest for a darker world constructed through music, conjured in the deepest and most twisted minds metal has, InDread Cold sickness gives new life to this bastard idea. And so the new chapter of grimness shall begin on BlackDoom Records. Thy will Be Done. Shadow – BlackDoom Records". InDread Cold consists of musicians previously engaged in such bands as Darzamat, Mastiphal, Eclipse and Chort.

The debut album entitled “Underaba” will be released in the beginning of 2004. The recording session took place between November 2002 and April 2003 in “Poststreet” studio in Poland. Sound engineering was done by Szymon Struzek, who together with band guitarist – Damian Kowalski produced the whole material. Currently “Underaba” is being re-mastered by well-known sound engineer – Mags (who is responsible for most of the My Dying Bride albums) in a cult Academy Studio.
