P.O.D. To Sue Record Label, INO Records
Alternative hard rock outfit P.O.D. (Payable On Death) has announced that the group is planning to sue record label INO Records. The band members claim they should have been paid $400,000 when ready to record a new album last November. P.O.D says INO is in breach of contract. More information on this story will be revealed as soon as it becomes available.

yes it does 0head. all sins are "payable on death". this band started out with religon as its main backdrop and all their chatter. as with all humans, money made them greedier and greedier. at one point a member left the band because he felt POD was moving away from its original backdrop. but he came back eventually. if the label is in breach of contract then o well for them. HOWEVER, i feel the label should sue the band for all the sh!tty music they have pumped out over the years. they have a few good tunes, but overall, POD is just an average band.
