Asking Alexandria Booted From Club; Moves Show To Another Venue
Hard partying U.K. band Asking Alexandria was banned from a club in a heavily Christian section of Nashville, Tenn., the group's publicist reports.
"The group's reckless image proved to be too much for the conservative venue Rockettown in Nashville, TN who deemed the band 'too controversial' and banned them," a spokesman for the band said. "This primarily Christian area hasn't been this riled up since the days of the antichrist Marilyn Manson's notorious run, but Asking Alexandria make no apologies as rock n' roll is supposed to be dangerous and exciting."
The band moved the April 12 show to Cannery Ballroom on April 12th.

This article is extremely misleading. The reason AA got banned is because they act like assclowns. Rocketown isn't in a "Christian area" of Nashville. It's surrounded by bars and other music venues. Rocketown is a Christian venue, but has no problem with showcasing secular bands. I was just at the Whitechapel video shoot a few months ago. The difference is that bands like Whitechapel and ETID don't act like dumbasses and ask girls to show their tits on stage. Which, by the way, if you have to ask, that's not rock 'n roll. That's not even a party. That's just pathetic.
In conclusion, AA can blow me. I hope they get banned from the rest of the country too.

I like how everyone is talking crap, like they have the right to do so or something. Everyone who thinks they suck are clearly jealous because they're what is popular. They got signed, big, and famous in a year, less time the most of the sh** bands a lot of you people listen to. Get over it.

#9, shut the f*** up. People absolutely have the right to talk crap. Its called the internet. If some band sucks, the internet will tell you so, regardless of how quickly they got signed. Btw, mainstream appeal is why they got signed so fast, not anything musically relevant like talent, so once again, shut the f*** up.

only bcuz AA is like my favorite band, i have to say that i disagree with tha ppl who talk shyt. like i know yu have an opinion an i respect it but i just have to say they are amazing to me. xD but #11....haha love tha pic an i agree with yu...kinda. there are alot of ppl who think that AA are awesome (one person being me) an there are some that dont. it just depends on what type of music yu usually listen to. if yu listen to like pop an shyt like that then yu probably wont like them. but i respect whut yu say. (btw sorry for tha spelling)

When I read the title, I was like "YES, JUSTICE!" But then I read why and it's like wtf. We need to send some evil satanic black metal over there if they think Asking Alexandria is too controversial.
