Oceansize Have Announced Its Decision To Disband

U.K. progressive metal act Oceansize has posted the following statement online, through its official website, announcing its decision to disband.

"Dear Friends,

"We regret to inform you that Oceansize have split up.

"An explanation for this occurrence is neither forthcoming or indeed necessary. All that remains is to say THANK YOU for being there for us. It's been a very eventful and life-affirming 12 years. We'll miss you.

"There will be more music from each of us as soon as possible."

OMG The horror. Had the privilege of seeing them once supporting COG in Australia, Cog are usually awesome but they wiped the floor with them. Cog haven't toured since, struggling for relevancy after watching those guys every night.
