Derelict Announces New Bass Player James McCallum

Montreal based technical death metallers Derelict have announced the addition of bassist James McCallum to their lineup. "We’re excited to have James with us," says Derelict vocalist Eric Burnet, "he’s a skilled player and is adding his own flavor to the Unspoken Words songs. We’re anxious for the fans to hear what he can do." Derelict is currently working on the follow-up to 2009’s "Unspoken Words." "We have six songs completed, and several more awaiting finishing touches," states Burnet. "The writing is totally comfortable as we know exactly what we’re going for. We’re focusing on bringing out the best and most successful parts of our style as well as exploring some new territory."
