Facedown Records To Pass on Facedown Fest 2010

Facedown Records has decided not to hold a Facedown Fest this year in 2010. Here's the statement from the label:

"With much consideration and due to many different factors we have decided to take a break on Facedown Fest this spring. Our headlining bands have great upcoming opportunities that conflict with the timing of Facedown Fest among other scheduling difficulties. We don’t want to ever put together a Facedown Fest that’s lacking all of the members of the Family, so we decided to postpone it for the time being. We apologize to those who look forward to coming out to beautiful Southern California and we assure you that we will make it happen again as soon as possible. Even though Facedown Fest won’t be taking place in the spring, 2010 is shaping up to be an incredible year for Facedown and our bands. We will be having a Facedown tour going out in the Spring of [2010] that is dedicated to the young / new faces on the label, our established bands will have some very exciting tours they’ll be announcing soon, and Facedown will have 'Facedown Days' at several of the Summer festivals this year. We will keep you posted on all of that as we can."
