The Terrible Airplane Announces New Bassist Aaron
Kansas metal band The Terrible Airplane has announced the addition of Aaron Epp on bass guitar. Mark/Todd say it was an obvious decision. "We have considered adding a bass player for almost a year now, and Aaron has always been our first choice. He is an incredible musician, and we are familiar with each others playing styles from working together on projects in the past."
You can see Mark and Todd play an unreleased live song with Aaron here. "The gig that song comes from was intense," says Mark. "Todd had the H1N1, and was whacked out with fever the entire set."
Look for a full-length CD from The Terrible Airplane in the first months of 2010. According to Todd, "The recording process has begun, but we are taking our time with this project. We are taking it easy on gigs for the rest of the year to make this recording special."
