Well, Sonisphere should ahev been festival of the year, but nothing major I can really disagree with there. biff certainly deserves the metal guru award, and if maiden have been a bit inactive, well, they're maiden. :P

Personally I wouldn't be giving Iron Maiden a band of the year award. All they've done this year is some shows in South America and release a DVD with yet another best of album.

Biff Byford is the f***in' man.

But Iron Maiden for band of the year? I've got to disagree. I love them, but all they did is tour.
