As I Lay Dying has issued the following update about writing new material:

"I noticed that a lot of people have been wondering what we're up to since we normally tour constantly and we haven't been playing many shows lately. Well, we've been home hard at work writing new songs for an album that will be out in early 2010. We'll start record before the end of the year though."

Love this band...people give them so much sh!t because of the christian backround but they keep rollin along ....live shows are great, they always have really good pits and they dont fall into the typical metal cliches that each band seems to fall into...they stand on their own, with their beliefs and their music, and they are a class act, on and off the stage, you cant ask much more from a band than that....expecting another solid album from them as well
