not bad at all chris really isnt doin what i expected i thought he was really going to bring it but you cant really tell a differance between him and mustaine i still love it but i was hoping chris would be the guy to really take that role and make it his imo he sounds like what he is and thats a hired gun didnt meet my expectations but far from a dissapointing effort...another reason i was let down a bit is the whole band is freaking out about this album bein just as good as rust in peace but its not close. so in the words of mustaine himself... so far, so good, so what

#3-I concur. It starts out good, coming out of the gate, then switches horses mid-stream&ends up coming in a weak second to the previous release-which I also thought was more original& listenable.Hope the rest of "Endgame" doesn't end up sounding like regurgitated UA/TSHF-Megadeth's older material Does sound more hard-edged&intense than their post-2001 stuff.

bristowe im not sure he had a choice to stay in nevermore i think they had every intention of bringing steve smyth back in the fold when he was healthy but then there was a falling out after chris went to megadeth im not 100% though.. i saw them a couple years back and jeff and chris had what seemed like a 10-15 minute duel that was just amazing the coolest part was when chris used his fret hand to play jeffs guitar as jeff swept through arpeggios its was mind boggling.... i really was hoping dave would let him shine but its not happining honestly i think he should of stayed with jag panzer at least he was the man there...has anyone seen chris youtube video holy sh** they rule even his acoustic work is amazing
