Youtube always removes stuff involving nudity and other things in that video - I'd venture I guess they put it up there with hopes it would be removed so they could go IT WAS BANNED FROM YOUTUBE and get all of you reading this to watch. :P
It worked on me - the tune was good and while the video was produced well... I don't quite think thought-provoking is a good description of it. Really just your typical black metal video.

First of all, I liked the vid; the images stay with you. Music is a "place" where people can sing of what can't be spoken and to make ones imagination (whether twisted or not) a real visual.
Ok, it's obvious as to why it was banned: the blood coming out from a woman's genitalia onto people would be "gross" for people to see, nudity (that's a given) and the subject matter is "offensive"...oh how I love and hate that word...
As some of you have already mentioned, "banned" is the masked word for "success".

I believe in the christian faith...im not a diehard, but i was raised to believe in it, and i continue to...i completely understand why christians would find this offensive, thats a no brainer after this stunning production..personally i take death, industrial, and black metal about as serious as a horror movie....its entertainment...i enjoy it, but i dont take it seriously, stereotyping a whole faith and its followers no matter who or what it is, is stupid....i like alot of behemoths material, but the video is not for me
