Suffocation Enters The Billboard Charts

New York based death metal legends Suffocation has entered the Billboard Top 200 charts with their latest studio album, "Blood Oath" at number 135 after selling over 3,600 copies of the record. The album is also at number 2 on the Billboard Heatseekers charts.

Drummer Mike Smith shares his thoughts on this accomplishment: "When a label and band truly have the visions for success in mind, the only thing stopping us is ourselves. We can finally breathe, now that a real partnership is in place."

Awesome news. I bet for once Megadeth'll beat Metallica on the charts. perhaps the public is finally appreciating metal.
