Amazing bassist, and an interesting video. Not sure it's just 'rock shop', as from the start it seems like it would help all musicians, but certainly a bit of sage advice there - though IMO if you play an instrument you shouldn't need someone to tell you this, ex-megadeth bassist or not! :)
