^no I remember it being posted a WHILE back as well. Not sure when exactly, but if you find it, you'll also find my comments on that posting as well.
the posting of "Walk" was a fallout boy cover.
But yeah, I think I'm with manny in post 11. I'm getting really sick of every f***in band that thinks they're hot sh** covering Walk. At least they went with the OTHER popular pantera song that everybody knows. :P Actually, I'm not even a fan of anyone doing a cover of ANY pantera song. that is one band where I think the music only feels right when it's played by them. The covers try to come across as paying respects, but I always get the felling of being insulted.
Meh, I think In this moment needs a new singer. The music is pretty goog if you like mid-range catchy rock metal, ala Lacuna coil, it's just the singing always seems like it's holding the band back from really accomplishing anyhting. just my two cents. and a few dollars. excuse the rant. :P

this will probably be an unpopular opinion, but i think pantera has influenced more sh**ty radio rock and metalcore bands with the ridiculously downtuned and simplistic, breakdown oriented riffs. sure they did it well (the solos made the band) but i feel they have always been overhyped and i get sick of the trendy blind pantera worship. dime was an amazing guitarist, phil has a great set of pipes and vinnie (though by no means the greatest drummer) was solid. unfortunately they will forever be shamed by these horrible bands butchering their most simplistic songs. in this moment suck all the way around. terrible f***ing band they are.

Wow. That was the only song off Far Beyond Driven that I actually liked ( Don't get me wrong, Cowboys From Hell and Vulgar Display Of Power are two of my fave albums, but FBD and TGSTK suck. Reinventing... is ok ). I agree with Deathbringer, musically this cover was ok, although they didn't go into the solo very well but the vocals were almost torturous.
DOWN suck.

IKMTY: I get what you're saying about Pantera being over-hyped. Although I definitely think they're THE metal band of the 90's (unless I'm forgetting somebody) and I love them to death...it was the 90's! There wasn't exactly an abundance of metal talent the way there was in the 80's and now. It's kind of like when Million Dollar Baby won the Oscar for Best Picture in 2004. Really good movie, but when the competition is Ray, Sideways, the Aviator, and Finding Neverland...

Pantera kicks a$$ im a big fan, but In This Moment i saw live there pretty good if i say so my self, but she cant sing this song, she dosent have the vocie for it, she dont, it still sounds girly, i think some one eles or no body at all should sing that song, no one can sing it as well as Pantera,
