Burning Human Announces New Album "Resurrection Through Fire" Release Date
New York based extreme metal band Burning Human, which features Shadows Fall drummer Jason Bittner, has completed work on its debut album "Resurrection Through Fire." The record will be released on April 21, 2009 via E1 Music (formerly KOCH Records). The band issued the following statement about the album:
"Resurrection Through Fire administers ten frighteningly intense tracks of underground death metal that inflict lethal doses of crushing brutality, relentless speed and blast-furnace vocal power with a surgical precision. The album was tracked at The Recording Company in New York with Tim Lynch and Rick Sullivan and was produced and mixed by famed metal guitarist James Murphy (Obituary, Death, Testament, Disincarnate) -- who also contributed a number of blistering guest guitar solos to the record -- at Florida’s SafeHouse Productions Studios. Resurrection through Fire’s artwork was designed by renowned metal artist Bjoern Goosses (Amon Amarth, Job for a Cowboy, Leng Tch'e, Zyklon)."
