Been a Priest fan since 78. Gotta say they aren't what they used to be. Halford has just worked his voice too hard for too long. If you watched the live video for "Angel of Retribution" tour, Halford spends the entire concert singing into his chest, trying to get close to the high notes. Remember this is an official release, selected from their best performances of the tour, approved by the band. This is the best face they can present to the public. Halford can barely hit the notes and he frequently stumps around the stage like Ozzy. I saw them several times over the years but now it breaks my heart to watch him and I won't be attending any more of their concerts. If you are a huge priest fan then see 'em just to say you did. I still love their studio releases though, even Nostradamus. Well, maybe not so much but Angel kicked ass!

The dates posted are just initial tour dates. More will post later metalheads so just chill... That is with the exception of branded. It is unfortunate but I will have to agree with your prediction. While its true that Halford is feeling his age, it's not a poor performance by any stretch of the imagination (at lest not when I saw them last August). He's still got an amazing voice.

Whitesnake? Really?
Summerfest on the Harley Stage..isn't that one of the free ones. Summerfest in Milwaukee is great. $10 to get in and there are all kinds of bands playing every night. Last year Summerfest had Sevendust W/ Bloodsimple one night. Fiver Finger Death Punch another night.
