Diamond Head Announces First Ever Australian Tour

Diamond Head, the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal band championed by many thrash metal legends, will making their way down to Australia for some shows for the first time in their career next month. A message from the band reads as follows:
"This is the first time that the band have ever played any Australian dates and needless to say they are all looking forward to these festival dates.

"Finally, Aussie fans will have their appetites for hard-hitting, uncompromising, unrelenting hard rock and heavy metal satisfied on a scale never seen before on the East Coast of Australia. For three days fans can live and breathe their passion for blistering guitars, pounding drum rhythms, and intense screaming vocals. Acts include GIRLSCHOOL, ROSE TATTOO, CRIMSON FIRE, SAKKUTH, FIXER, SCARLET SINS, THE RADIATORS, MORTAL SIN, VANISHING POINT, INK, DOUBLE DRAGON, EYEFEAR, THE AMENTA, EARTH with more international and local acts to be announced shortly. Acts subject to change per the promoters discretion. The Brisbane and Melbourne venues will have camping facilities on-site - including three day festival passes – so fans can experience a European style musical journey without leaving the heart of the action."
