Don't think anyone here was really complaining. I believe that myself and the other posts were just stating that the older In Flames material surpasses anything that they've done since 2002. It's just an opinion dude, get over it.

The new album kicks a$$ despite what some people say on here. Just because they're not as raw as back in the day doesn't mean they're sh**ty. They've progressed...they can still play their old sh** perfectly...saw them with Gojira and All That Remains when they came through and they played some songs off Colony and Whoracle and slayed them.

I remember i saw in flames live....think it was 2002 or 03....anyway they where touring with slayer and soulfly, and i remember they came out in these all white, hospital / instiution type outfits or gowns or whatever and i never heard of them, but they where awesome then live,....saw them at sounds of the underground 06 i think...no gowns but they where still good....short story long, theyre good live....wish them the best

I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I don't mind their new stuff so much. Sure, I like old In Flames better, but I wouldn't say that I don't like their newer material. Sometimes a band just has to evolve. Of course it's not always for the better. *Cough, cough* Metallica. *Cough, cough*
