Dokken Bassist Barry Sparks Posts Update

Barry Sparks, bass player with heavy metal band Dokken, has posted an update rearding the bands activities. His message reads as follows:

"Hello! Well it seems 2009 is going so fast already! Geez, slow down! anyhow, I am back out with Dokken! The gigs in Colorado and Arizona were great! I actually think the band has never played better. In a few days we head out to California and also Texas soon. If you don’t have the new CD Lightning Strikes Again pick it up, I am very proud of it and its real rockin’ too! Also TED NUGENT has released Sweden Rocks a live DVD from our European tour in 2006. a great live recording! Check out my custom made basses at Sparksguitars.com, I love them! They last worked together on Dysfunctional ( an amazing album) in '95 and then
released Shadowlife in '97( which kinda sucked)
The rift between Don and George Lynch started back in the 80s... I seen em a half dozen times back in those days and a few of those shows, included arguments on stage as to what song was going to be played and when.. It was easy to see and hear those two arguing and getting p***ed at each other..! Its too bad, cause the two of em together made some incredible music...!
But as a Lynch fan, Ive truly enjoyed all of his solo work..!!
As of last fall, Lynch has regrouped the Lynch Mob and was touring with Oni Logan on vocals..!!

From what ive heard from Don Dokken is that George is a f***ing weirdo, i love this band and bought the new album as well.....not as hard as i would have liked it but a good quality album that has seen many plays from me......i would like to know the truth too about the break-up and arguments....but the weirdo factor may have a big part in this.
