Ratt Issues Recording Update

RATT front man Stephen Pearcy has issued the following update about the band's upcoming album:

"Warren & Stephen have again started writing for the new RATT release. Holed up at De Martinis and various studios, as we hear it things are moving along great and the songs are sure to kick you in the ass!

"More newz as we get it.. Summer tour 2009 to follow!"

I wish i could jump on the RATT SUX bandwagon...but guess what....they dont.
The biggest prob with music today is everyone wants image and no substance.
RATT had both. They dont even belong in the same catagory as POISON or any other
hair bands. The band was tight and released some great kick a$$ rock songs.
Caught stephen not too long ago at a small rock club in my area and he was great.
His voice sounded really good and his band was tight. A lot of fun that night and he pulled in at least 600 people. Not bad at all. 2 hour set...no breaks.
Get the image of "hair metal" out of your heads guys and wake up and LISTEN to the music. I'll take 1/2 the so called hair metal acts than the garbage thats on the radio today.
So all you guys can stick with your Z100 music...or whats popular today and i'll take what always makes me smile on a hot summer day....a cold beer and some kick a$$ RATT and roll.

still listen to motley crue old stuff and to new stuff like machine head
but hey nobody seems to wait for ratt
they missed the boat in the 80
they did try to copy mc
did not really work for them
let pearcy do his own thing but please do not bring ratt back to life
maybe we need to call a exterminator to get the ratt out of here
