Cannibal Corpse Enters Billboard Charts

Death metal legends Cannibal Corpse has entered the Billboard Album Charts at number 66 after selling around 9571 copies of their new album "Evisceration Plague" in its first week of release. The complete chart entries for the album is as follows:

#66 on the Top Current Albums (Top 200) chart
#7 on the Top Hard Music Albums chart
#22 on the Top Current Rock Albums chart
#6 on the Record Label Independent Current albums chart

Bassist Alex Webster says: "We are blown away by the amazing response to our new album Evisceration Plague. The chart positions that have been reported for this album are well beyond our expectations and the response from both critics and fans has been overwhelmingly positive. We want to say thank you to everyone at Metal Blade and Channel Zero for the great work they did on this release, and most importantly we want to thank our incredible fans, you are the reason for our great success.
