Irish pagan metal ban PRIMORDIAL has been nominated in the category of the Best International Album at Danish Metal Awards 2008 (side by side with Metallica, Slipknot, Opeth and Testament). You can check out the whole list of nominations here.

The Danish Metal Awards take place on the 15th of November in Copenhagen, Denmark.

PRIMORDIAL will be co-headlining this fall's Heidenfest tour alongside Finntroll, starting on the 31st of October in Leipzig, Germany. Other bands on the bill include Eluveitie, Equilibrium, Manegarm and Catamenia.

Well Metallica and Testaments albums were both neutered, Slipknot is well... Slipknot so Opeth or Primordial definitely deserve to take this one out. Probably Primordial, "To The Nameless Dead" was pretty much the perfect album for them.
