Chevelle Issues Update On New Material

Chevelle has issued the following recording update amidst a recent blog posting. Here's what they had to say:

"Don't fret even though holidays are near we are working hard on new our music and the record is coming along smashingly. We have roughly seven new songs and countless other ideas. One thing you might notice on this record is that there are a few guitar solos, something that's rare for a three piece and rare for us. I've also been focusing on my acoustic guitar again, there's something so intimate about being naked and alone with it. The truth just seems to show it's self."

More rock than metal, but heavy rock and damn good live. Saw them at Ozzfest twice and they were ok, but saw them at the Riv in Chicago and they were great, Taproot and some sh!tty band opened
