Gojira Posts Most Of New Album Online
French death metallers Gojira has posted the following message online:
"We had planned to stream the whole The Way Of All Flesh album from September 29th up to October 5th. Unfortunately, due to problems with the brand new MySpace player, we 're only able to stream ten songs. We hope that the last 2 songs 'Oroborus' and 'Vacuity' will be on the player soon.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience and are hoping it will not affect your listening. Thanks for your understanding."
You can listen to the majority of the bands new album, "The Way Of All Flesh" by heading to the bands Myspace page.

I can't get enough of these guys! I wish they had enough clout in the U.S. to have their own headlining tour, though. Maybe(hopefully!) this will be the album that affords them that rite of passage. What I wouldn't give to see a two-hour set from Gojira!

'Subtle' is a great word to describe the complex melodic and rhythmic elements of their music. Their music really is an experience.

I saw these guys when Mars to Sirius came out. Never heard of em before, but I saw them open for Trivium/Machine Head/ And Lamb of God and they were amazing. Been hooked ever since.
Definitely gonna be getting this album. (after i buy the new Amon Amarth album of course...)
Now Playing: Opeth- The Lotus Eater

i saw them play with behemoth and morbid angel when Mars to Sirius came out. they were amazing, but the crowd gave them a horrible reception. that was disappointing because gojira are an awesome band. there is another french band out there called hacride....similar sound but a little bit more experimental. anybody out there who is down with gojira, just a suggestion to check them out.

This should get serious consideration for best album of the year. The subtle complexities in the rhythms and harmonies rival some classical pieces. I only wish Joseph Duplantier would sing more. He has a great tone.
