I wouldnt go to this tour if it was free....but all you people who say the promoters are idiots and this tour will fail, and nobody cares enough to go to this are dumber than sh**. These bands are on rock radio nonstop and sell millions of albums. thats why they are playing venues that end with the word "arena" "ampitheater" and "center"..they're big venues.

Metalbeard is right for all you people who care about these bands should die because youre the one who calls our music scremo music and then you call us emos
Slayer is not screemo, Deftones is not screemo the only bands that is truely the most emo lyrics and are emos and actually suck are atreyu and three days grace norma jean underoath.
p.s. why the hell does HEADBANGERS BALL play norma jean and underoath videos when the show is called HEADBANGERS BALL what the hell

f*** ALL OF YOU!!!! You pathetic pieces of sh** arent worth my time! This tour will make more money than any of your fa**ot a$$ death metal bullsh** tour would ever make............and thats a fact! Most people have never even heard of the bullsh** bands you call talented! Staind, papa roach and seether are all awesome bands!

korndogg you fa**ot god your a f***ing idiot you don't know anything about music of course three days grace is emo because they talk about cutting them selves why do you think they talk about pain
Metal talks about death and destruction and next time you want to put anything down get a better name than korndogg naming yourself after a crapy band is just retarted

17. writes:
Death and destruction is awesome!!! YES, thank you for telling me what music is supposed to be about. I would love to listen death and destruction all day long!
You f***ing moron, music is supposed to be about things you relate to, or mean something to you! Things you go through in life, or expriences that make you feel not so alone in this f***ed world! Not death and destruction and how much of a devil worshiping piece of sh** you are! f*** you and your bullsh** music! And just cuz u mention cutting yourself does not mean you are emo...........Thank you for showing how intelligent you really are! Thats all!

To Korndogg-
f*** Slayer???
Slayer has been selling out shows for over 20 years with no radio play. Bands that can do that are "awesome bands" I don't think metal is or has to be about death and destruction, and I do like some rock bands (Shinedown, Chevelle, Brand New Sin, Foo Fighters) but Staind was heavy at one time..."Dysfunction" and "Tormented" and Papa Roach was like Limp Bizkit when they came out, Seether is just boring.
I agree this tour will make money, but your f*ck slayer comment is rediculous.

Slayer sticks to their guns, that's why. The radio is the enemy, and Slayer don't play that sh**. Slipknot comes from a time and a place where you've got a bunch of kids in f***ing Iowa, bored out of their tit so they grab a bunch of garbage cans and when someone showed up to practice to see them play, they just handed them a mask and a stick and told them to get to work. Art for money's sake.
Slayer comes from Los Angeles. They hate fake sh**. They stick to their story.
Slipknot is the Silverchair of metal. They stayed metal just long enough to get a loyal base of fans, then they all turn into f***ing Hanson.
25. writes:
^ Thats funny as sh** cause its true. I have to admit i own and listen to Iowa, but after slipknot got popular with the " I hate my life 13 year olds" they turned to sell outs. I can care less if they make good music or sh**ty music, once you go down the path Slipknot has gone down I just cant get into it. Slipknot was on MTV outside of headblowers ball, that shows how the really are.

Post 21, I agree that slayer has fans......and have prolly sold out shows! But there are idiots on here that think that staind doesnt have millions of fans and cant sell tickets to a show like this! I think slayer sucks, in my opinion! Not because they have no talent, cuz they have lots of talent, but because i hate what they stand for, and sing about!!!! They are not helping anyone with that bullsh**! To me....music changes lives, and is supposed to mean something! Not about the devil and demons, and f*** the world, and raining blood, and the world should die! That sh** is dumb
33. writes:
#30, if that's the way you really feel, how can you be such a korn fan? you must walk a thin line. The day Slayer is overtaken by Korn is the day I turn in my guitars. You say f*** the world sh** is dumb and raining blood is dumb (how dare you!!) but it's okay to make eight albums about getting raped by your dad? That's dumb to me. Actually, that defines "dumb" to me. I just looked up "dumb" in the dictionary and there was no words, only a pic of whatever the hell korn's untitled album cover is supposed to be. Probably a bird skeleton. Or maybe a bird skeleton getting raped by his dad. Who knows?
Who cares.

34. writes:
^^I dont even konow how i respond to such a stupid post! I really dont, you just defined dumb. But thats ok, since you have nothing to back up your arguement with except...how dare you, eight albums about being raped, and a bird skeleton. Nice job retard. How can i be such a korn fan, apperently you have never really understood the lyrics of korn, cuz your missing alot with that eight album sum up!
Post 31, i understand what your saying, it doesnt always have to be serious. But i just prefer to listen to music that is deep, meaningful. I mean thier are just some songs that give you chills the first time you hear them....that is music!
Arent all you slayer fans supposed to be open minded, not judgemental! I have a wide variety of taste in music ( from lynard skynard to pink floyd, from f***en johnny cash to korn)! I am just a fan of good music. I will never say korn has outdone slayer, they have sold more, and prolly have more fans, but that doesnt mean they out did them. Two different types of music, cant compare em. I just say how i see it!
35. writes:
I understand. I'm very open minded to all kinds of music, from pop to death metal. Not everyone likes Slayer and I respect their tastes/opinions, but I think there should at least be respect shown to them. I respect everyone unless there's a reason why I shouldn't.

When it comes down to it KORNDOGG, you have the normal outsiders view of extreme metal, i.e. it's all gore and death and torture etc. Bottom line is that it's not, and you're just fearing something you don't understand. That's not meant as an insult, it's just the truth. I felt the same about extreme metal when I was younger, it's not something that you just "get", you have to work at it, slowly immersing yourself into the culture.

Korndogg-
I didn't read any other post since your response so i might repeat some sh**.
You say music should change lives...for some people it's just a release. Sometimes it's metaphores. Most of the time it's just something to bob your head to.
In my opinion Korn made a whole career out writing songs about being picked on and made fun of. How does that shape someones life? Many people will knock Hatebreed on this site, but they have a lot of "stand up for something or yourself" type messages in the lyrics, better than rollin over if you ask me.
Personally I like Slayer, Pantera, Sevendust, Machine Head, Susperia, God Fobid..I'm sure people on here will have problems with some of those bands too.
Like what you like, at least it's respectable.

I agree somewhat with you. Music to me is more than bobbing your head, but i hear ya. Korn has made albums about all kinds of problems and sh** you go through, but i dont think their message is to roll over! It is a different message to me. I just cant stand music in which you one- cant understand the vocals, two- have long annoyimg guitar solos, three- sing about how much of a devil worshipping prick you are. I jsut get into that sh** that makes you say "damn, i know exactly or somewhat about what this band is singing about!
But on the other hand there is music i just like cuz it just rocks like...tool, acdc, disturbed, ect. Bands in which i dont agree with all lyrics, i also listen to some rap, southern rock and country! I have a wide variety of taste
