I. FVCKING. HATE YOU. METALLICA.
I've been waiting for a stateside Metallica tour since after the Ozzfest in Texas.
They have Lamb of God on with them. They have Machine Head. they have Down and The sword.
Yet what do they NOT have? That's right. No Florida dates. and this is the COMPLETE listing, so there isn't even a chance of future dates being announced. The closest they even come to the state is Louisiana, and I can't afford to go even close to that far. Bastards.
How Dare they...
Now Playing: At the Gates- Blinded by Fear

Since when did I start to only read the first parts of a sentence and skip the rest? My bad, I guess. So at least there still might be hope now.
i still say they're bastards trhough, if only because the censors don't catch that hah.
Now Playing: Pig Destroyer- "Thought Crime Spree"

My sister works for the Timberwolves/Target Center and she called me on friday saying that they were coming to town, but I don't see that date yet. I would assume there are more dates to be added.
I will definitely be at the Moline show. Loving that I could easily hit MN, chicago, moline if I really wanted to.

^the way I see it, even seats wouldn't keep a band like LoG from gettring it's fans to do the wall of death. In fact. that just makes it crazier; 100 people in a moshpit, and half of them with chairs to use as weapons? Awesome.
Now Playing: Lamb of God- "Blacken The Cursed Sun"

^In that case, I'll bring a screwdriver, and pass it down the row when I'm done. And if that doesn't work, I'll just fight the person sitting next to me.
Now Playing: Ted Maul- "A Plan to Rob the soul" (yo this song is f***in crazy! *hits younger brother with a chair as he walks by* I'm ready for LoG now :D)

Idk why everyone is so p***ed off I live in Nova Scotia Canada and we dont get anyone like Metallica although Alice Cooper puts on a good show and Queens of the stone age are ok but no HEAVEY METAL ever comes near here so suck it up and stop talking about how un fair it is!

^nah, that was just a rumor. Somebody probably heard them talking about it and though they heard a "Fvck you Metallica we wont tour with you!" slippped in there, but hey we all make mistakes.
(or that really did happen and now that it made news that they had turned them down, everybody decided to f*** with the fans minds a bit and tour anyway...)
either way, I don't get LoG with Metallica anyway. I'll probably end up with the leg of the tour where they have 36 crazyfists and Soulja boy on the bill. (p.s. God, please let that just be a joke)
Now Playing: Electric Six- "Gay bar"

Most big name bands are that pricey? I only paid 65 to see Alice Cooper with Queensryche and Dio. I only paid 40 to see Lamb of God with Trivium and Machine Head. i know Slayer usually gets priced around 50-60, and I only paid 45 to go to the Slipknot, disturbed, machinehead, dragonforce, and Mastodon concert. The big name acts I go to see are fairly reasonable compared to 188 dollars. The only other act I've heard of recently being that pricey was Marilyn Manson, and the only one higher was Led Zepp's reunion concert, where some tickets went for like 2 grand, but that's a differnent case entirely. What concerts have YOU been going to for near 200 bucks a pop?
Now Playing: Dio- Holy Diver (fvck you Killswitch Engage)

for that money you would want to go up on stage and f*** a groupie while the band is playing...and security would do nothing about it. i paid $60 for opeth, $80 for disturbed and $95 for slipknot and machine head. but thats in australian dollars, and im so very very far behind on the exchange rates right now...

Tickets are 75 for GA floor NO chairs. 55 for seats. Check ticketmaster. Pre sale has begun. Public sale starts 9/13.
BIG QUESTION!!!!?????? IS LOG GOING TO BE AT THE LA FORUM??? Some people have said that when they go to get the tickets for the Forum, LOG is not listed! Do I have to join the LOG congregation to have this information or what? I know that LOG was banned at the Forum , but are they still??
