Blabbermouth.net reports: Illinois' The Herald News reports that a 33-year-old Crest Hill man has been sentenced to six years behind bars for sexually assaulting a woman at Tinley Park's First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre during Ozzfest 2006.
Patrick Miller pleaded guilty Monday (August 4) to one count of criminal sexual assault in a Bridgeview courtroom, according to Cook County state's attorney's office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton. Circuit Judge Colleen McSweeney-Moore set Miller's sentence.
Immediately after the July 16, 2006, concert attack — which occurred in a secluded, grassy area west of the amphitheater, near 191st Street and east of Harlem Avenue — Tinley Park police were able to recover evidence from the victim and the crime scene. However, it took nearly a year for a state-run crime lab to process evidence and match up a suspect, police Cmdr. Phil Valois said. During that time, police continued their investigation trying to track down a suspect.

ONLY SIX YEARS?! WTF?! Cut his p***s and balls off, bend him over a rail and chain him to it and let all the gay men of the world have at him
Excuse me? I'm gay and do not condole rape. I wouldn't go near him or any other rapists.
Think before you post something. Jerk.

Excuse me, but you took that way too personally man! Furthermore, did I say gay men conduled rape? No I did not! You might want to do some thinking before you post as you instead of being an a$$hole could have just simply said "count me out! I dont want near him or any other rapist!"

Hmmm...
I know it's not how Kali meant it, but I can kind of see where 'Excuse Me' is coming from (excuse me this time, for the pun lol). Capital punishment is still an act of murder, it's simply a legally sanctioned act of murder. So if the legal punishment for a rapist were to be raped in return, then the participants would still be raping the prosecuted, they just wouldn't have any fears of being prosecuted themselves.
So yeah, I think the phrase "and let all the gay men of the world have at him" does seem to imply (mistakenly) that men of homosexual preferences condole - or at least, are not opposed to - rape.
However, I also think that this proposed method of punishment would create an interesting solution to the tension between the needs of society and those of rapists. One could declare themselves willing to rape someone and be brought in by the government to do so to some poor criminal sod, hahah.
Now Playing: it's fun :P

Oh, and as for the article, did the guy actually rape her? Sexual assualt ranges from a slap on the arse to forced, non-consensual frolicking lol. Though I doubt you'd get six YEARS for a mere friendly pat on the behind. Maybe six days and a punch in the face hahah.

I have another solution to convicts. They don't want to live by societies rules, so they shouldn't be allowed to live in it. So instead of wasting money on those f***ers (cause we have to pay for those b****es in prison) just ship them on an island in the north (we have a lot of those in Canada) drop them there and say, hey jackass, you don't want to follow the rules ? We'll make your own and survive on your own. of course since it's cold as f*** they will not make it but we didn't really kill them, we gave them a chance to survive but hey, when it's cold it's cold. Plus the polar bears would have easy food.

Yeah exactly, the justice system here is weak, criminals are laughing all the time at the sentences and normal people like me get frustrated. It''s so f***ing gay that some people started making their own justice. for example, paedophiles get almost nothing and a lot of dads sick with the sentence just took on themselves to go out, beat the living sh** out of those bastards and believe they get huge public support. One dad just laid a serious smackdown on one 2 years ago, he was arrested for this but was acquitted in court because people defended him as witnesses that the stress of what the dude did to his boy drive him crazy. He got a crowd of people waiting for him outside court and treating him as a hero. So weak justice drives honest but frustrated citizens to take it on their hands.
