Divine Heresy Seeks New Vocalist
Divine Heresy have issued the following update regarding the search for a new vocalist:
"If you are interested in trying out for the position, you need to go to the group's MySpace page at to download some instrumental tracks. You will need to record your vocals on them and submit them back to Divineheresyband@AOL.com along with a bio, any possible photos and contact info. Vocal tracks should be as organic as possible. No autotune or vocal effects, excessive reverb, etc."

awesome . Get someone who can do the middle ground between complete clean and complete growl, then reverse it, bury it in soft peet for a while, feed it into a discombobulator, give it a cup of really hot tea then send it off to the radio stations.
Seriously though, calls for one not the other are ridiculous..its Dinos new Fear Factory and its gonna sound like them no matter what, especially vocally. Get over it DM growly only fans. BTW new Cryptopsy still sounds like they have Miss Piggy being strangled on vocals. Whats the problem there?

I really like FF's Digimortal cd. Obsolete and Archetype are second for me. But as far as DH goes, they sound nothing like FF. Dino's being is the only link. And I like the clean vocals. Diversity is always a plus. But with that said, just because you have the ability doesn't mean you should use it in almost every song.

Awesome. Get someone in there that doesn't sing cleanly. Divine Heresy would pwn if it was more death metal vocals and no singing.
